I am not a pattern guy. But somewhere I remember a warning about muti-flags. I will research; for now a vague memory. A flag, yes. After looking at past data. I would have liked less volume in past few days. I don't see a flag in past. You might be referring to Jan, but I don't call that a flag. Overbought, no, not by my CCI(13). I sure wouldn't stick around after 9.50, it is in a 5 wave that might reach 13.38-.50 but it has reached first target of 10.
