Actually Today's price action is due to this... dailynews.yahoo.com Basically AT&T is dropping plans for the MOT DCT-5000 (advanced Box) this hurts MSFT since that is the platform they needed. It also hurts LBRT since they use the same platform (LBRT does have a OS for the DCT-2000, but it is only used by one MSO). WGAT uses the DCT-2000, which will have well over 20 million deployed boxes by year end, and already deployed on that box with AT&T.... wgate.com Not surprising that WGAT knew what Box to use for a platform, since Hal hired most of the higher ups now working at MOT's set top box division (Hal spent 13 years at GI, now MOT, as President). Of course WGAT also works well with SFA Boxes and the only one can work on a DCT-1000 digital Box. IMHO, Benny
