Hello Salah, Thanks for the information. It sheds a little light on why Morgan Stanley removed Novell from "one" of their lists.

How could Morgan Stanley be so far off the mark in their sales and earnings estimate for Novell? They must have had access to the same information as the other brokers. Could there be some bad feelings between Morgan Stanley and Novell's management?

Novell's "past" must be the key in trying to understand why they are not getting any respect from the brokers and analysts. As you point out: Novell had "... good Q4-96 results." So, with good Q4-96 results and many good press releases, why can't Novell get a break from one or more analysts and be upgraded a step or two?

Will it take divine intervention for Novell to be upgraded? Since I bought more shares of Novell today, I am going to try and make contact as soon as possible.

Regards,

Elmo
