Mike this is the short version. I had a classic one page response and for some reason it was lost, so here's the condensed version. The disgruntled shareholder group now has to do was it has to do because our hands have been forced. Promises, innuindos, and other misleading statements were made early this year, that have now forced us to act. We have no choice but to seek a board seat and possible slate at the AGM. I hope before then we can become extremely satisified making the AGM one big celebration, but I am not getting my hopes up. Many of us are bruised and battered and hypewhipped. It will take one hell of a miracle to change our attitudes. I beleive we were told everything that we should have been told..ie the timeline and the possible options and hurdles to overcome. Remember we have been hearing about the Santiago properties for over nine months. And we are just now proving it...Hmmmmmmmmmmmm :-)
