Thanks D. Edwards - It appears that there were no insider selling or buying according to the November data. The only activity was the insider selling done October 10/4-10/7 that you posted above. The activity reflected 3 insiders selling a total of 26,000 shares at an average price of $11.30.

Therefore, we can assume that (1) Allan's shares were not sold in the open market during November, (2) there was no insider buying or selling in November to reflect any of 12 million shares. These shares were bought from one or more 'outsiders' at market price AND not sold by any insider (ie. Ashton or any other board member) and (3) any sale of stock by an insider was done by separate agreement (perhaps with some term for assignment) if at all...and we can not make any conclusion from the insider selling data posted to date.

EKS

P.S. I wonder if Peter Troop was one of the officers that sold at $11.30 in October? How do you think he would feel if Intel makes an offer in December for $25.00 per share. If this is indeed the case, these three officers are out of the 'loop'.
