Cooper has a technique of buying into size ahead of the close and it works well in bull markets and at the start of bear market rallys. Check the block moneyflows in the WSJ in the AM. Funds were buying today. Somehow fund managers are qoing to try and make their bonus's at quarter's end. Should make for some large range days.
