What's w/the talk of money managers buying in? Thought they were either forbidden by law or at least by some "code" that they could not invest $ in BB/non-reporting stocks. I know I'd sh*t if I discovered my 401K guys were dumping money into highly speculative stocks. Even if they are reporting, but still considered a "bb" can they still invest in it? Anyone else verify this? - Stroke
