James, I am wondering if ORCL, although a small part of our equation, isn't weighing on our rally??? IDENTIX INC(IDX) Bid: 11 3/8 BidSize: 20 Open: 11 9/16 Ask: 11 9/16 AskSize: 20 Close: 11 5/8 Last: 11 1/2 High: 11 5/8 Div.: 0.00 Change: -1/8 Low: 11 1/2 Yield: 0.00 A.High: 13 7/8 P/E: 166.07 Volume: 37000 A.Low: 7.063 EPS: 0.07 Technically IDX must fill in the gap created by the last few days anyway, a test of 10 wouldn't surpirse, but the stock has been making higher lows over the past 12 months. I am going wait to try and buy my Dec 10 calls back for 1/2. I am not going to let them take my stock, so I am short 20 calls, but long 2500 shares. Good luck, Rob
