I'm not a fan of ARP, so I can't speak on their behalf, but the way that I understand it, every annoucement from every mining company is "inferred" reserves, but these "inferred" figures are done by Professional Geologists and Engineers that was hired from the company. So most likely ARP is currently using a third party firm, and they mentioned those figures are certified by that firm based on the drilling results.
