e2-Capital & Softbank Finance to set up 2 funds 2001-02-01 14:30 (Infocast News) e2-Capital (0378) Chief Executive Officer S. J. Wong stated that in the coming future the company will join Softbank Finance(?) to make investments and to set up 2 investment funds for investing into listed companies and into both listed companies and private organisations respectively. However, e2-Capital has no plan to inject capital into those two funds. He claimed that the joint venture, namely SBI e2-Capital Limited, has a staff of 100 and 4 brokerage trading rights. Wong also said that the spin-off of the joint venture for listing will be carried out in an appropriate time.
