Gun control is citizen control, no more, no less. The govt does not fear the guy who robs the corner store for drug money, however, they do fear the honest gun owner who has been pushed too far and could possibly use it to retaliate of to defend his property from confiscation. There are a lot of statistics showing proof to support all the cliches used in defending the right to possess arms but they are lost thanks mainly to a liberal mainstream media.
