The difference between a cap weighted index and the arithmetic weighted BPs has been dramatic this year. SML has quite a year on 2002, but it looks to be testing it's breakdown area. If SML and MDY roll down, the weight on the BPs will be extreme. I'm looking for a small bounce here to get short in, though so far this morning, we're just barely getting some lift. Just can't see the long side here. Even oil service looks risky on the long side, though I wouldn't short it either. I'm starting to look internationally for longs.
