Brad..

Gosh! You read my mind... When i talked to Patrick i stated that the Costco deal would make the Community marquee business pale in comparison...he stated that Yes...but it's the sum of the whole.

We will involve ourselves in those areas that stay within company
goals and specialties...which makes perfect sense when I read that they may purchase a publishing direct marketing company. Community
Marquee program with it's instant consumer reach could trigger a database for advertisers which will be inputed by JNNE then
with the direct marketing company, those respondents could be contacted. It looks like a well thought out approach to a total integrated marketing approach. With the companies I own (Honda Auto Franchises) it is more difficult than ever with the splintering of cable..paper..internet to totally isolate those consumers that fit in my products' demographics. JNNES' approach would make perfect sense
to advertisers' to guarantee the biggest return for their advertising expenditure. Those consumers that utilize the community marquee
request for information boards are the ones' that companies will want to target...and of course JNNES' direct marketing company will handle that...of course all this direct marketing material will be published and printed through JNNES' company as well.

Now...like you said...the numbers you have talked about as far as mortgage fees to JNNE, relate soley to the Costco deal. Imagine
the others that will want to jump on board to offer like services to their members...and yes...SAM'S CLUB is one I have thought about, though I don't believe there are any in Seattle yet.
