Tim, I don't think it will pass the shareholders basically at 55.
Ascend was at 55 about 2 months ago. Once, the stratus spin-offs are
over, and hopefully we get a contract or two, and some dumb analysts
upgrade 55 is just a near term target. As, a large ascend holder I
would definitely say NO. I would not want to be a part of LU at
$55. It would be a steal for LU to get ascend at 55. It is not in
Mory's hand, It is the shareholders who call the shots. Regards, Immi
