Lot's of 'em in the ground in California, Wyoming, Texas, Arkansas, etc. What China did was UNDERSELL everyone else for years and years, causing 90% of the market to land at their feet as everyone else (governed by fairly short-sighted 'market forces') went out of business... then China cracked the whip and began to use the POWER of the monopoly they had created. Old School tactics. Mercantilism. They snookered everyone.... (That's one of the things a government with steely resolve and a long-range plan can do.....)
