They still have lot's of vacancies but they've now moved further afield than San Diego ... jobs.qualcomm.com There are 809 openings this week. Last week was higher and I think the week before that was higher still. So, maybe a rationalization of the R&D spend has finally found someone's desk. The continual betting of the house is getting long in the tooth. I'm sure some folks may well consider it nothing more than a form of irrational exuberance.
