Kirk, Call it what you will. Folks at or below the poverty level should get the subsidy. I dont care if i am included in this break or not. This is demand side stimulus. Supply side stimulus for us rich guys should be using the reducing tax rate already voted in. Perhaps cap gains at some point. mike
