The problem is that those same laws can never be enforced without the accusation of blatant discrimination and racism. It's not the racism that troubles me about the AZ law, but rather the need to carry documentation all the time. Though I'm sure a driver's license will work, since they're only given out to legal residents. That's not a big deal except to those who ride buses everywhere. Now they have to carry some sort of ID. Or just make sure they never jaywalk. Tenchusatsu
