Hi Bill, the presentation was strictly ADSL talk, so I don't remember if he used the "CAP ADSL is ANSI and ETSI standard" or he simply said, "We are doing both CAP which is the approved standard by ETSI and ANSI and DMT which is the ANSI standard". I am sure you understand what I am trying to convey here. The talk was about ADSL, but I don't recall if he stressed it with the CAP or he just used CAP in that sentence. He didn't talk about HDSL and didn't get into xDSL in general either. Actually I didn't realize that CAP comes into play with HDSL until you mentioned it. About your other questions, I have to get back to you. My memory is getting rusty on those so I would want to confirm before I answer. Techie
