(OT)I know what consideration means. Money may or may not be involved. What i don't know is what you're trying to say; it's kinda disjointed and a bit confusing. I'm sure you have a point to make, but I'm not getting it. Nor, do I understand this thing about taxes and the IRS. You are the third or fourth person who has gone down this path; and you all seem to use the same words, the same phrases. I mean no disrespect, I'm just curious. And I wonder too why none of you use your real names...why it seems you appear to hide behind the alias. It's ok, but kinda strange. This is a fine thread, and I'd never respond to you during market hours. but it's quiet now so I thought it would be ok. You are a disruptive interloper...why, only you can know. You really should go elsewhere, 'cause you'll not hear from me again.
