IOM appears to have support at $5.00. When the overhang and the nervous nellies are flushed out, we could see a respectable bounce.

Mr. Sierk is neither a young man nor is he an old man. He was a successful executive and now retired. I cannot imagine his putting so much energy into this company and getting compensated only in stock, if he did not really believe IOM could be turnaround.

The major positive of this company has been its success in transforming itself into an oem vendor. It just happened quicker than Sierk thought it would happen, but that is really positive long term, while negative short term. He does not believe in selling anything at or below cost, which is perhaps a departure from his predecessor.

If IOM gets more companies to put Zip in as a standard feature, I cannot help but believe that they will have the ability to sell more and more zips. "Because it's my stuff" will really begin to resonate.

Of course, they have all the major financial negatives, etc. etc. Proof of the pudding will the be new CEO and the respect he commands in the market place. Getting the right person now could add 2 points to the stock. IMHO.
