If they were to warn, why wouldn't they bundle all the bad news together and warn at the same time as the Merced announcement? it doesn't make sense for the stock to get hammered twice in 15 days. (I suppose people might argue that if there had been a double-whammy Friday the stock would have tanked more today, but that is debatable). Dell-icious
