Hi Tom-

We have no less than 3 lines at the house and mine was the only one with the problem. About 4 hours before we left for Pismo Beach i checked the line again and found the problem had gone away. No doubt this represents an unwritten garantee that it'll return. Ev gets a ton of phone solicitations. Interesting that even though the number is umlisted, businesses can still identify the owner of the line.

Fax spam hasn't been a problem, though we do have one guy that thinks we're supposed to get all the revisions to environmental surveys being prepared for the City of East Palo Alto. So far, returning fax's that tell him he's not reaching who he thinks he's reaching has done nothing to diminish his enthusiasm.
