me too! qualey & sylver still hard at work this morning! they go for gag order against
wellrich & si bashers!! secondly they signed contract with health food chain of 500 stores!
1 case per month per store = $200k/month PROFITS!!!!!. they will not annonce until gag
orders are in place i think. they do not want shorteres to fuck this deal up like monsanto,
etc.. also a 30 ton deal of ton!!! they are selling entity 30 tons of ton for additive in some

gonna see prices better than these. I may be wrong. I don't have any certain short-term

I suppose it's possible they may manage a brief squeeze; God knows they're trying
hard enough. But let's face it: they've been trying since August and it still hasn't
happened.
Yes, my info is that the SEC's investigating, and seriously. But whether and when they
might move is obviously an open question. I'm not in touch with them directly, and I
don't think my source will have advance notice either. If he did he wouldn't--and
obviously couldn't--trade on it.
But I really don't think this story's gonna have a happy ending for longs. Spidey/Gary
Dobry is nuts, really. He depends entirely on The Company for information, and in
addition doesn't seem to understand how some very basic things--like our legal
system--work. He's also in very deep shit with Michael Zwebner, and in denial about
that, too.
So if you can play AZNT successfully, go for it. It's not a trade I'd dream of risking
just now. Somebody's making a fairly sustained effort to keep the stock afloat on low
volume--typically painting the tape at the end of almost every session--but this can't go
on forever. And if the object is to push it up bigtime, it hasn't worked. What I hear,
though, is that shares are simply being crossed to keep the price stable and give the
appearance of some activity.

Did she send this to DSPetry? I have to agree with you regarding Zwebner. I went back to
read what you posted and find it very hard to believe that institutes a lawsuit against you
and Rico. Janice has mentioned the SEC's involvement many times, stating the SEC's
investigation on AZNT. She seems to feel they are close to halting the stock. I can't see this
happening unless there was some illegal trading on AZNT's side. I doubt the SEC would
tell YOU if they had a reason for halting AZNT, did they give you any inclination of any
wrong doing regarding AZNT? I really like this company and the future in sight. Yes, it is
a little risky and requires DD. I have held my ground strong, and because of it, I am up
$37,000. I hope the gag orders can be produced quickly so that this fantastic news can hit
the wire. This will really help those investors in doubt. Thank you for filling me in often!
