It sounds like Qualcomm said "All In" to me.

Nokia will have to prove to the patent courts that Qcom has infringed their CDMA patents, which QCOM just said they have never acknowledged.

While at the same time they are bound to license us their WCDMA IPR on the same frandly terms they are collecting from everywhere else without discriminating against us.

Is this to good to be true?

What am I missing?

A possible injunction down the road must haunt Nokia at nights.

Nokia's only wild card left is the EU, who has no legs and must stall this out in my opinion.
