Yep.... The normally scheduled review of the temporary Bush admin. ozone rules is due in 2013 anyway. Probably not a whole lot of reason to expend political capital on any big fight to accelerate changes or replacement of the Bush rules when the normal review period is coming up in just a couple of years anyway.....
