Thanks ... so if I understand it correctly, that is important if you plan to buy and sell the same stock during an AH session. If you are just buying and using a limit order at a price you are comfortable with, then the AH bid wouldn't be as important.

For all you AH traders, please excuse me if I sound like an idiot.

I know AH trading can be very profitable - and I'll figure it out sooner or later, I promise!

Thanks also Wes, I just saw your reply. I know everyone says that the stock market is gambling, but there are certain types of trades that feel MUCH more like gambling than others. I am finding myself less inclined towards that kind of trading (for now anyway <<ggg>>).
