If you are talking about a margin account then Interactive brokers will work. You will be able to trade equities around the world, currencies, options and futures all from one account, all for a tiny fee. See interactivebrokers.com. These guys are a class act. If you are talking about cash accounts (IRA for example) then the only way that I found so far is an account with a full service broker. As far as Everbank I have no personal experience with them, but I noticed that the proprietor hangs around guys that I don't care for much. Think of it as my personal bias.
