MICAP, a couple of reasons to dislike Dayton.
They destroyed construction of a mill that might have helped us out. Also, DAY vs. MDIN -it is the likely motivation behind the short position-ie Dayton would like to drive MDIN out of business so not a legal threat.

As for spending money on the media promotion-that is just speculation on my part. I heard from at least one source that it went somewhere else.
