yes, that is current config.sys file.

i'm running windows95.

right now i'm bogged down with trying to determine where to get a real-mode driver. i went to driverguide.com and searched mitsumi but did not find the FX120T!B. i emailed mitsumi support. tomorrow or saturday i could call dell tech support. i still need the real-mode driver, right? i'm not clear on your advice to run MSCDEX.

anything you can add will be appreciated. or i'll just work with it some more until i come up with some better questions. <g3>
