AT&T picked up a single 100 MHz channel of 14 available at 38 GHz in metro areas with over 200 million Pops via its purchase of TCG which had bought BizTel. AT&T also filed and received some 38 GHz licenses on its own but not that
significant an amount.

Someone else may be able to better answer how much 1.9 spectrum AT&T has available for Project Angel. Dawson or someone else once speculated that Angel might migrate to 38 GHz. Note there will be a 39 GHz auction likely next year
which could allow AT&T or any other gorilla to buy more if
one wants to argue that 100 MHz not enough to do residential.
