Russ, in my opinion, the NAR existing home sales numbers are in line with the loan origination numbers for February 2006 reported by Countrywide, World Savings, etc. To me, it's the blogger's reports that are out of sync with all of the other data. Maybe it's time lag. I'm keeping a close eye on loan originations.
