Yes you are absolutely right nihil, it is a California court. They tricked me into thinking otherwise by plastering the verdict all over the news out here. Anyway, still and interesting decision (apart from the 2nd amendment questions)... I don't know of other products where manufacturers can be sued in this manner... but that "no fingerprints" clause... hmmm.
