JJB: You deserve credit, not only for doing all the work of obtaining, scanning, and posting all these documents, but for being even handed enough to include the NASD's memo on the history of Solv-Ex and why it failed.

I find the NASD's memo persuasive and accurate, and a devastating rebuke to all those fantasizing that Solv-Ex would have succeeded if those bad short sellers hadn't told Barron's negative things about the company. Solv-Ex was doomed all along because of its bad management, as well as its so called technology that appears not likely to have worked even if the company had excellent management.

Compared to the NASD document, Rendall's whining complaint against the consultant Tipton seems trivial. It is also contradictory, simultaneously charging him with revealing information that he was contractually bound to keep confidential, and denying that he knew what he was talking about.

I am not sure how anyone can read the NASD document and continue to believe that anyone was to blame for Solv-Ex's demise, other than the company itself.
