Rudedog: Thank you very much for you input. From what you are saying [which I recognize is just your opinion, not that of a CPQ insider] it sounds as if there really is not one person who fits the bill.

Just reflecting on a few other companies that are doing well and the street 'likes,' specifically SUNW, EMC--and DELL--the person running the show makes a big difference today.
