Nice graphics, I particularly find appropriate the dichotomy between the current DRAM evolution, and the RDRAM "revolution". Drastic changes cause disruption, and of course we see that in MU et al "reluctance" to embrace RDRAM albeit their foot-dragging is most likely economy based - for now.

About the only thing I would care to disagree with is their statement that processors speeds "which reaches >600MHz by the turn of the century."

I suspect processor frequency will be well past the gigahertz range by the end of 2000. <g>

As per a rmbs increase of 2000%, well, that does seem farfetched. But I won't tell my newly rich QCOM owning friends that a 2000% increase in stock price is a "never" probability/possibility.
