Position is everything.They obviously spent good money for the license and have plans.The secondary but even more important rationale is that another company signed with QCOM finding there license fees and royalties at the standard market rate palpable enough to BUY BUY BUY....so the Stockholm conspiracy just took a hit in the jaw and hopefully it is made of glass as we all have belive.
