I was looking into the September bond chart and found out there is a gap on the daily chart that developed by the action last Friday (gap at 114). Probably your step two scenario (a rise in the market) will be triggereed by a rise of the bonds to fill that gap. Step three could then start with the subsequent decline of the September bonds to the 111.0 - 111.5 range. Did you arrive at your stock market scenario independent of bond market analysis? If so, then my bond scenario could be viewed as a confirmation from another point of view.
