Michael, in my opinion, this is the dip before the big move. Note how low the volume is. The technical chart on ACRT showed the need for the short-term indicators to reset--I'm not surprised to see this. Another way to view this is that it might be an opportunity for those with spare cash to pick up ACRT before it resumes its move up. Good luck. Jan
