That is right, but in terms of relative change, we have still had a 500 billion dollar swing from fy1993 to fy2001(projected).

I knew that the Republicans would turn things around once they took control of Congress and therefore spending. <g>

It seems that DeLay wans to save additional $18 billion for next year budget, but Clinton is fighting him tooth and nail.
