Dwight, yah, run the numbers through again. I thinnk I was right the second time: $426 - $ 375 = $51 million / 342 million shares = $.15 or 15 pennies per share in extra cost. No, I think you were right the first time. I ran the #'s (I'll run through it again). o~~~ O
