David, It is a good move to have ISP redundancy. Also, check to see which backbone your broker is on. If UUNET, look for an ISP with a DS-3, T3 or whatever to UUNET. It is best if you can get on the same backbone as the broker with whom you are internet-trading. Best, Gary Korn
