Republican's simply don't want these programs to go too far. They don't want to get carried away with giving money away. If I have a hang nail, I shouldn't be able to claim disability benefits. If I never even try to find a job, I shouldn't be able to claim unemployment. If I have 8 kids and want to have another simply to increase my welfare payments the government should not let me get away with this. Dave
