Spoke with Judge McFeeley's office. Today at 3:00 PM MST there will be a hearing regarding the disclosure statement. It is my understanding once this is approved it will be sent out to all shareholders for a vote. I would expect that it would follow reorg plans; after shareholder confirmation a recall and reissue of the stock certificates. I will try to find out the time line and other information once the documents are made public. Hearing for SEC modifying injunction scheduled for 3:00 PM. MST tomorrow wonder if the issue of ongoing appeal in Denver will have any relevance to the court. jjb
