I find the fact that the SEC was investigating the Solv-Ex process by talking to both foreign competitors and short whores a totally unique process. Did the SEC check with foreign drug companies when Pfizer announced Viagra? Did they buy Viagra and solicit prostitutes to see if it worked? I doubt it, although it is the only way those geeks could ever get laid, unless they hang around Fahnstock. We all know that Clinton has the most crooked administration ever. Hopefully, the courts will see this SEC, NASD farce and respond accordingly.
