Derek, from your story, I think they will make it. They say:
ANS currently supports 56-kbps access at 110 U.S. sites and
expects to have at least 90 percent of its 220 sites in the U.S.
supporting 56-kbps by the end of October, according to product
manager Cindy Snedegar. Now 90% 220 = 198 cities. They have
110 and are adding 80 to make 190. Guess the other 8 can get
wired by the end of October.
