Number one these are all ACTIVE, as in someone DOING something. All a nonsmoker is doing is breathing. Do you really think eating to obesity, drinking, sexual activity or iv drug use are equivalent activities to breathing? That's not very reasonable. Number two, most don't really affect you. Although I already made the point about sobriety checkpoints. It is the law, they can stop you. Even if you don't appear to be driving erratically. They stop EVERYONE. It is a limit on freedom for the PUBLIC HEALTH. You shot yourself in the foot with that one. I already said I was willing to pay the increased cost of health care for smokers because many other ACTIVE behaviors also incur greater than average social health costs. Try harder.
