I believe that the bulk of the 2 Million shares that traded yesterday were due to a margin call. JA had the shares called in and there was a institutional buyer. So next month when people start screaming that the insiders are selling at $3.00, please remember this post. The insider did not want to sell, he was forced to. The positive side is that their was an institution there to pick up the shares. If the shares would have been dumped on the open market, we would be looking at a $1 stock. This is not a fact, but my opionion based on information that I gathered from the company.
