Hi Sam P., Since you're up for catching early birds today, how about a game of "Who's got the Patents?" Infineon? MU? RMBS? NEC? Or perhaps you'd prefer a lightning round of "Legal Jeopardy"? What do you think we'll see first: A court/agency granting RMBS an injunction against anyone's sale of SDRAM/DDR anywhere; or a suit against RMBS by NEC/Hitachi's bouncing baby fab? I think The Bus is going to have to up the ante again, maybe twice, before year end. Whose attorneys will they take on now? AMD? Transmeta? Will they take the initiative against the NEC/Hitachi JV? Surely it couldn't be INTC, could it? Ahhhh! ...I just love the smell of burning briefs in the morning! <vbg> 0\|0
