Pat, I thought your angle was if you're holding both ends of the stick, the concern would be a CIEN/TLAB like downward spiral dance, if the Street were to conclude that the multiple premia being paid for OCLI, ETEK and finally SDLI were just too much all balled into one, particularly in a skittish market.

Re. SDLI going to the prom with GLW or ALA, my query would be, is there any there there. Can either of those majors (ALA cleaning up in DSL--and my low risk proxy for playing the optical rampage, along, of course, with JDSU) provide the complementary components and packaging to make the modules that seem so to be driving the system aggregators' demand?
